Migraine headaches treatment

Change your lifestyle. Choose a healthy lifestyle and control your weight. Overweight people are more likely to suffer from migraine pain. Moreover, smoking and drinking can lead to serious migraine headache. All you need to do is to stay away from them.
Supplement vitamins and minerals. Migraine pain can be reduced by adding vitamins and minerals for your body. Therefore, you should eat more foods rich in vitamin B2, magnesium and other minerals to avoid migraine pain or at lease reduce migraine frequency.
Eliminate caffeine intake. In a small amount, caffeine eases migraine pain. That’s why abortive medicines contain caffeine. However, those who consume more than 2 cups of coffee a day are more likely suffer from migraine headache. Therefore, these people should get rid of their drinking habits to reduce caffeine. Instead of coffee, tea, cola and chocolate, you should try water or other drinks.
Reduce stress. Psychological stress can trigger migraines. Some migraineurs get headaches during periods of intense stress. Job stress is something inevitable, so you should learn the way to kick it. Learn the way to relax and get a tight sleep.
Do exercise. Do exercise regularly, just some basic moves or try walking or swimming to reduce migraine.
